The DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance Standard is a professional maintenance service for the DJI Matrice 400. It includes inspections, cleaning, firmware updates and calibrations in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Variants

Basic: Inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration to check the drone's function and condition.

Standard: Maintenance service with inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration in accordance with the maintenance schedule, as well as replacement of selected components.

Premium: Extended maintenance service with comprehensive inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, as well as replacement of important components for performance and safety.

Maintenance is carried out in accordance with the service and inspection guidelines defined by DJI. Central mechanical and electronic components are systematically inspected and cleaned and, where necessary, replaced in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Firmware updates are also performed and relevant systems recalibrated.

The components inspected include sensors, navigation systems and other safety-relevant systems of the drone.
