The DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance Standard is a professional maintenance service for the DJI Matrice drone platform 400.

Scope of services and variants

Basic includes inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration to verify the drone’s function and condition.

Standard includes inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration in accordance with the maintenance schedule, as well as the replacement of selected components.

Premium offers an extended maintenance service with comprehensive inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, as well as the replacement of important components for performance and safety.

Maintenance is carried out in accordance with the service and inspection guidelines defined by DJI. Central mechanical and electronic components are systematically inspected and cleaned. If necessary, replacement is carried out according to the maintenance schedule.

Firmware updates are also performed and relevant systems are recalibrated. These include, among others, sensors, navigation systems and other safety-relevant components of the drone.
