The DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance Standard is a professional maintenance service for the DJI Matrice drone platform 400. It includes regular inspections, cleaning, firmware updates and calibrations in accordance with the maintenance schedule. The service is aimed at operators who use their Enterprise drones professionally over the long term.

Variants

Basic: Inspection, deep cleaning, as well as firmware updates and calibration to check the drone's function and condition.
Standard: Maintenance service with inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration in accordance with the maintenance schedule, as well as replacement of selected components.
Premium: Extended maintenance service with comprehensive inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, as well as replacement of important components.

The DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance Standard service includes a systematic inspection of key components in accordance with the service and inspection guidelines defined by DJI.

During maintenance, mechanical and electronic components are inspected, cleaned and, if necessary, replaced in accordance with the maintenance schedule. In addition, firmware updates are performed and relevant systems are recalibrated. These include, among others, sensors, navigation systems and other safety-relevant components of the drone.

The service is suitable for professional operators in areas such as inspection, surveying, public safety and industrial applications where the operational safety of the drone platform is relevant.
