DJI Enterprise Maintenance Plan for Matrice 350
The DJI Maintenance Plan gives you direct access to maintenance and service work for your drone. Depending on the duration of use, you can select the appropriate maintenance package for your device from three products. The services range from inspection, basic cleaning and system checks to the preventive replacement of defined components. Preventive maintenance supports the reliability and operational safety of your drone.
Purchasing a service code entitles you to use the selected service once. You can redeem the code in the DJI service portal. Once the work has been completed, you will receive an official maintenance report.
Basic Service
The Basic Service reduces the effects of the operating environment on the drone through detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration.

- Redemption of the code in the DJI service portal
- Official maintenance report after completion of the work
Standard Service
In addition to the Basic Service, the Standard Service includes the replacement of wear parts. This keeps the drone maintained for further operation.
