The DJI Maintenance Plan provides access to maintenance and service work for your drone. Depending on the period of use, three products are available. The portfolio includes inspection, basic and deep cleaning, system checks, firmware updates and calibration, as well as the preventive replacement of specified wear parts and core components.

A service code entitles you to use the respective service once. You can redeem the code in DJI's service portal. After the work is completed, you will receive an official maintenance report.

Basic Service

The Basic Service includes basic cleaning, a detailed inspection, firmware updates and calibration. This reduces the effects of the operating environment on the drone.
