FAQ

Frequently asked questions about DJI FlightHub 2

Here we answer the most important questions about compatibility, security, configuration and introducing DJI FlightHub 2 in your organisation.

Which licence versions are available for DJI FlightHub 2?
DJI offers FlightHub 2 in Standard, Business and Enterprise versions; the middle licence tier is also referred to as Professional. With Enterprise, livestream duration for drone cameras is unlimited. For the dock camera, 30’000 minutes are included per licensed device in the one-year plan, or 100’000 minutes over the entire three-year plan. Further features and allowances depend on the selected plan. FlightHub 2 On-Premises has a separate licence model.
Which drones and docks is DJI FlightHub 2 compatible with?
FlightHub 2 supports the Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 300 RTK, Matrice 4 series, Matrice 30 series, Mavic 3 Enterprise as well as DJI Dock, Dock 2 and Dock 3 – including payloads such as the Zenmuse H30T, H20 series, S1 and V1.
How is data security handled in FlightHub 2?
The public cloud version uses cloud infrastructure provided by DJI. Storage region, access rights and data flows must be reviewed based on the chosen deployment and DJI’s current data protection and security documentation. FlightHub 2 On-Premises enables deployment on your own infrastructure; external data flows then depend on the network configuration and the integrations enabled.
Does trenderia also support demos, training and roll-out?
Yes. We support you from consulting and live demo through configuration to training, commissioning and support – for smooth operations in your organisation.
Can FlightHub 2 be integrated into existing systems?
FlightHub 2 offers interfaces such as OpenAPI for integrating external systems. Which features and interfaces are available depends on the licence, software version and deployment type. We review the required data flows and API functions for your command and control system or operational software before implementation.
