The DJI Matrice 4T is designed for rescue, inspection and public safety. Its equipment includes a thermal imaging camera, full-colour night vision, infrared support, as well as 3× and 7× zoom cameras. A flight time of up to 49 minutes, multi-sensor technology and 4G\/LTE connectivity support operations by day and night.

Support through intelligent functions

Integrated AI models automatically detect vehicles, vessels and people. This supports search and rescue operations as well as routine flights. The laser rangefinder enables positions to be marked in real time and calculations such as area measurements.

The DJI Pilot 2 software visualises the recorded observation areas directly on the map. This makes search and surveillance tasks easier to plan and carry out.

Imaging at night

The low-light technology includes full-colour night vision, an IR-cut filter and a near-infrared auxiliary light with a range of up to 100 m. Infrared super-resolution with 1280 × 1024, thermal imaging and an all-round view based on fisheye technology support orientation and observation in poor lighting conditions.

Camera technology

The drone features 3× and 7× optics as well as high-resolution telephoto cameras with up to 48 MP. Electronic dehazing and optimised image stabilisation support clear and precise recordings even under difficult environmental conditions.

Accessories and connectivity

A gimbal spotlight and a real-time speaker with a volume of up to 114 decibels expand the range of applications. Optional services such as N-Trip and the D-RTK 3 multifunctional station support centimetre-level positioning and an extended image transmission range.

The DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise remote controller is designed to control the Matrice 4 series. The Matrice 4 series is suitable for applications in rescue, inspection and public safety.

Questions and answers about the Matrice 4

• Is a DJI Terra licence included? Yes, a 3-month DJI Terra trial licence is included and can be obtained when activating the drone. It is not known how long DJI will provide this offer.
• Are DJI R\/C Plus controllers of the Matrice 30 series compatible with the Matrice 4? No, only the new DJI R\/C Plus 4 controller works with the Matrice 2 series.
• Are existing D-RTK2 antennas compatible with the Matrice 4 series? Yes, an existing D-RTK 2 station can continue to be used.
