DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance Standard M4TD (EU)
One-time-use managed maintenance standard service for the DJI Matrice 4TD. The maintenance service includes cleaning, detailed inspection, firmware updates and calibration, as well as the preventive replacement of defined components. In addition, the managed service includes handling the required export documents and monitoring the shipment.
Scope of services and benefits
The DJI Matrice 4TD is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Firmware updates are performed and relevant systems calibrated to check the device’s functionality and condition.
As part of the standard service, defined components are preventively replaced. These include the upper shell module, the lower cover of the motor base, the landing gear module, antenna modules, propellers, the gimbal protector, gimbal rubber dampers, the gimbal fall-protection cable, as well as screws and bolts.
For customers in Switzerland, the managed service handles the organisational aspects of the maintenance. These include preparing the required export documents, monitoring the shipment, and providing support with re-import and customs clearance.
The purchased service code entitles the holder to use the service once and can be redeemed via the provided service portal. After the maintenance work has been completed, an official maintenance report from DJI will be provided.
