Product description

DJI Enterprise Managed Maintenance for the Matrice 3TD includes professional maintenance services in the Basic, Standard and Premium variants. All three variants include detailed inspection and cleaning as well as firmware updates and calibration to check the drone’s function and condition.

Depending on the selected maintenance level, defined components are also replaced preventively. Standard expands the basic maintenance work to include the replacement of various housing, landing gear, antenna, propeller and gimbal components. Premium also includes the replacement of the drive motors including the booms.

The Managed Maintenance Service handles the organizational processing for customers in Switzerland. This includes the required export documents, shipment monitoring, as well as re-import and the associated customs formalities. After completion of the maintenance work, DJI provides an official maintenance report.

Basic

The Basic Service includes basic or deep cleaning, detailed inspection, firmware updates and calibration. This variant focuses on checking and basic maintenance of the drone. The preventive replacement of components described for Standard and Premium is not included.

Standard

The Standard Service includes the services of the Basic Service and expands them to include the preventive replacement of defined components. The upper shell module, the lower motor base cover, the landing gear module, antenna modules, propellers, the gimbal protection device, gimbal rubber dampers, the gimbal fall protection cable, as well as screws and bolts are replaced.

Premium

The Premium Service includes the most comprehensive of the three described maintenance scopes. In addition to inspection, cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, the drive motors including the booms, the upper shell module, the lower motor base cover, the landing gear module, antenna modules, propellers, the gimbal protection device, gimbal rubber dampers, the gimbal fall protection cable, as well as screws and bolts are replaced.
