DJI Enterprise Maintenance Plan for Mavic 3 Enterprise
The DJI Maintenance Plan provides access to maintenance and service work for your drone. Depending on the duration of use, three products are available. The offering ranges from inspection, basic cleaning and system checks to packages with preventive replacement of components. The service code entitles you to use the respective service once and can be redeemed in the DJI service portal.
Basic Service
The Basic Service includes a detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration. This reduces the impact of the operating environment on the drone.

- Redemption of the code in the DJI service portal
- Official maintenance report after completion of the work
In addition to the detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, the Standard Service includes the replacement of wear parts. This helps maintain the drone's performance during operation.
