Maintenance and service for the reliable operation of your drone
The DJI Maintenance Plan gives you direct access to maintenance and service work. Depending on how long you use your drone, three products are available, tailored to your device. The portfolio ranges from inspection, basic cleaning and system checks to packages in which parts of your device are replaced preventively. You choose the option that suits your usage behaviour. Purchasing a service code entitles you to use the offered service once. You can redeem the code in DJI's service portal.
Available options
Basic Service
The detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration reduce the effects of the operating environment on the drone.
- The Basic Service includes basic cleaning, detailed inspection, firmware updates and calibration.
- The service code entitles you to use the service once.
- You can redeem the code in DJI's service portal.
- After the work has been completed, you will receive an official maintenance report.
Standard Service
In addition to detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, the Standard Service also includes the replacement of wear parts. This helps ensure that the drone delivers optimum performance.
- The Standard Service includes basic cleaning, detailed inspection, firmware updates, calibration and the replacement of wear parts.
- The service code entitles you to use the service once.
