The DJI Maintenance Plan gives you access to maintenance and service work for your drone. Depending on the duration of use, three products are available, tailored to your device. The offer ranges from inspection, basic cleaning and system checks to packages with the preventive replacement of components. You choose the variant that suits your usage patterns. Purchasing a service code entitles you to use the respective service once. You can redeem the code in DJI’s service portal.

Basic Service

The Basic Service includes a detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration. This helps reduce the effects of the operating environment on the drone.

• Standard Service

In addition to the detailed inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates and calibration, the Standard Service also includes the replacement of wear parts. This renews operationally relevant components as part of the maintenance.
